On December 9 at 7:00 AM ET, a services outage caused difficulty with login for customers in one of our US-based environments (url - .signalsnotebook.perkinelmer.cloud). Upon recognizing the issue, PerkinElmer took immediate action to resolve the issue. Normal behavior of the application has been restored as of 10:53 AM ET. We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue.
