Sunset Notice – Advanced Connector for SAS

We would like to inform you that PerkinElmer Informatics Inc.’s Advanced Connector for SAS will enter the Sunset phase of the Product Life Cycle effective Jan 16, 2023. During the Sunset phase, we will continue to address critical defects, as defined in PerkinElmer Informatics’ Global Support policy, and provide support to each customer with an active subscription or support-and-maintenance plan for Advanced Connector for SAS. No feature enhancements or regular service releases will be issued for these products/product versions during the Sunset phase. 

Support options described in the PerkinElmer Informatics’ Product Life Cycle policy ( http://informatics.perkinelmer.com/Support/LifeCycle).  Support will remain active through Jan 16, 2024.  Then sunset phase will end after this date, and Advanced Connector for SAS will reach End of Life (“EOL”).
