Sunset Notice – Signals Medical Review (SMR)

We would like to inform you that PerkinElmer Informatics Inc.’s Signals Medical Review (SMR) product is now in the Sunset phase of the Product Life Cycle, and SMR will reach End of Life (“EOL”) March 31st 2023.

All feature enhancements and regular service releases have now been suspended for this product/product version. During the Sunset phase, we will continue to provide limited support to each Customer with active maintenance for this Product, as described in the Product Life Cycle. Except for the support options described in the PerkinElmer Informatics Product Life Cycle, once EOL is reached PerkinElmer will no longer provide support for this product.
