Planned Download Center and Cloud License Server Outage

There is a scheduled maintenance planned for the Flexera Download Center and Cloud License Server during the following time frame:

PDT: 2023-04-22, 05:00 AM - 07:00 AM
UTC: 2023-04-22, 12:00 PM - 02:00 PM
IST: 2023-04-22, 05:30 PM - 7:30 PM

The software Download Center and cloud license server will be unavailable during this time.  Please note that this means the ability of admins to access the few items we provision via Flexera (like the Signals Notebook Spotfire add-in package, and the deferred release documentation) will be unavailable during this time.  For a small number of tenants, access to Signals Notebook will also be unavailable during the maintenance period due to the failing license check.
