Annual Support and Maintenance Plans (SMPs) provide you with one year of telephone and email support, general corrective software updates for versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term, and new feature-enhanced future versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term. Below is a brief description of the two levels of SMP that we offer:
Standard Support:
- One year of telephone and email support

In addition to Standard Support, this plan adds:
- Named Support Representative
- Specific workflow knowledge using a maintained customer environment
- Monthly Reports

Enterprise Health Check:
- Designed for E-Notebook and ChemBioOffice Enterprise
- PerkinElmer provides tools to analyze backend system health, gathers data, and makes recommendations
- Prevents future system health problems
