Problem:
No Hits returned during Registration 12 Search
Solution:
- Log into the application server
- Go to C:\ProgramData\CambridgeSoft\ChemOfficeEnterprise12.1.0.0
- Create a backup copy of the COEFrameworkConfig.xml file
- Open the original COEFrameworkConfig.xml file
- Look for CHEMBIOVIZ
- Set the parameter ‘returnPartialHitlist’ to NO
- Save the changes
- Close the file
- Perform an IISReset
