You can find the hotkeys.xml file for ChemDraw 16.0 or later for Mac using the steps below. It can be used to edit Hotkeys for your ChemDraw application.

  1. Go to Applications and right click on ChemDraw icon.
  2. Click on Show Package Contents.
  3. Look for the Resources Folder and expand it.
  4. Look for SpecialPurpose folder and expand it.
  5. Expand ChemDraw Items where hotkeys.xml is found.
