How do I activate my CDSL license on my iPad?
Please follow the steps included in the email provided by your site administrator. If you are still having issues, please ensure that you are not in Private browsing mode when trying to activate. Also, you need to have full connectivity on your wi-fi signal to ensure activation.
If you still run into issues, please try the following:
- Delete the AirWatch profile from your iPad (Settings > General > App Catalog Only Webclip/V_1)
- Delete the CDSL app by holding the icon until it shakes > press X in the corner
- Clear Cookies & Data from your Safari app (Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies and Data)
- Restart the iPad
- Follow the instructions again that were provided from your site administrator
