I'm trying to install ChemDraw 3.5 to the Program Files folder instead of the default Win32app folder, but it won't let me. It states that the path is invalid.
ChemDraw 3.5 (which is the version of ChemDraw that comes on the SigmaPlot 5.0 cd-rom) was developed and released before Windows 95 and long file names. It cannot deal with the space in "Program Files" nor can it deal with a folder name over 8 characters. Either install it to a folder with a name containing no spaces and no longer than eight characters or upgrade to the latest version of ChemDraw.
