Product: ChemFinder
The Menu bar is not visible in ChemFinder 11.0. I have tried repairing and reinstalling the application, but without success. What can I do to fix the problem?
To reset the menu bar, please try following:
1. Press Alt Key then "V" key (This is the shortcut key to open View menu.
2. From View menu, select Toolbars > Customize (Needs the menu bar)
3. Under Toolbars tab, click Reset All
4. Under Menu tab, click Reset
5. Check "Show Menus for" drop down list and repeat #3 on each items
6. Click Close button
If you still can not see the menu bar, please try the following.
1. Close ChemFinder
2. Select Run from Start menu
3. Type "Regedit"
4. Browse to following folder and delete the folder
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CambridgeSoft\ChemFinder\11.0\General\Toolbar Settings
5. Restart the machine
6. Retest the problem
