Problem:

During the installation, I get a 2355 error.


Solution:

A 2355 error is a corrupt cabinet file, which means that an install file is damaged. If you downloaded your installer from our web site, try downloading the installer file again, and retest. If the installer is on a cd-rom, try copying the Install folder on the cd-rom over to your hard drive, restart your computer in Safe Mode (see Windows Help for restarting in Safe Mode, NT users should restart in VGA Mode), and then run the install from your hard drive while in Safe Mode.
