While exporting to PDF I observer error "Sorry, Word cannot start converter WPFT632".
We have observed this issue with a couple of our customers and mostly they are machine specific issues and related to one or multiple Microsoft registry corrupted files on that specific system and not related to the E-Notebook application itself.
It would help if you could ask your IT team to uninstall the Microsoft Office suite and ELN application (including 2.0 folder) and execute MS-Office registry clean-up tool and then install the MS-Office suite and ELN application back on the machine.
