Problem:
After restarting Client machine, the attachment file in closed experiment cannot be reviewed anymore
Solution:
The issue is reproducible only on an environment with Offline
fuction, if the collection is synchronized with the Offline folder.
The following error message is shown:

WORKAROUND:
Delete the ENOffline
folder (e.g., "..\AppData\Local\PerkinElmer\E-Notebook\17.1\ENOffline")
from the Client machine, and log in to Enotebook.
