Problem:
Unable to print within ELN on some Lenovo laptops.
Solution:
E-Notebook crashes immediately when selecting the Print menu.
WORKAROUND
Please disable the Lenovo ThinkPad Power Manager (or "PM") service on startup. This service appears to have other dependent services which may need to be stopped, like "Lenovo Microphone Mute", "On Screen Display", and "Lenovo Hotkey Client Loader". Out of those three, try stopping "On Screen Display" first to see if the issue is gone. You can re-enable any stopped service manually when needed after the startup.
