E-Notebook crashes after uninstalling ChemDraw Ultra 12

After uninstalling ChemDraw Ultra 12 (e.g. before installing ChemBioOffice Ultra 14), ChemDraw ActiveX 12.0 Non-Admin (CDAX 12 NA) stopped working in E-Notebook 12.1.

1. Login to E-Notebook
2. Create Notebook -> Experiment -> Reaction.
3. Draw a reaction, and click outside of Reaction field:

4. When trying to "Save":

5. Right-click within a reaction for "Help" -> "About ChemDraw Plugin...":

WORKAROUND

Re-install CDAX 12 NA.
