Product: E-Notebook Enterprise
When attempting to use Send2ELN, I get the error Error "Send2Enotebook printer has not been properly configured. A required file could not be located. Please contact support" On 64 bit. Sometimes instead of an error I get a log file pop up window showing the job file content.
1- From the Windows 7 machine browse to C:\Windows\System32 or write "cmd" (without the quotes) in the start menu search bar.
2- Right click cmd.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
3- Execute the following line (for file on C drive):
msiexec /i C:\ nameoftheinstaller
4- Followed the installation wizard to install the printer.
Another way to install it is by right clicking the installer and choose "Run as administrator"
