When I search for an Inventory substance from ELN, the density value is always 1g/ml even when the value is different in Inventory.
I'm running ELN 11.0.3 integrated with ChemOffice Enterprise 10.
Looks like ELN Inventory is using the Density value coming from the INV_COMPOUNDS table when it should be using the value coming from INV_CONTAINERS. Steps to fix it:
1- Login to ELN as an admin
2- Go to View->Go To->Browse All
3- Expand Configuration->Section Types
4- Right click “Reaction with COW Integration” and select “Section Type Configuration”
5- Expand Fields->Reaction Toolbar->Inventory Search
6- Click “Custom Properties”
7- Go to the “Compond attributes mapping” tab and uncheck DENSITY
8- Rename the Alias to Density ignore or similar
9- Go to the Container attributes mapping tab
10- Select DENSITY from the “Database field” drop-down and enter “Density” in Alias
11- Click Add and check the “Mapped” box
12- Close and try the search again
The search will still have the incorrect value under the renamed Density property, but it will not be taken by the application. ELN will take the value from PROPERTY_VALUE, which is populated for every container (lower right of the window)
