Solution:

There is no way to transfer data from from https://signalsnotebook.perkinelmer.cloud to https://chemdraweln.signalsnotebook.perkinelmer.cloud, the only way is to do it manually. 

Please double check the below details:

If you activated Signals Notebook Individual Edition (the one included in ChemOffice+ Cloud) in 2021, the correct URL to sign in is https://chemdraweln.signalsnotebook.perkinelmer.cloud

Now, if your Signals Notebook Individual Edition subscription was activated prior to 2021 for the first time, then the URL that you need to use is https://signalsnotebook.perkinelmer.cloud
