I am trying to activate ChemDraw v20.x (or above), but the Activate button is grayed out.

You can check this by clicking the "Deactivate" button and wait a few seconds. After the deactivation process is completed, the "Activate" button becomes enabled.

To expedite a response to your issue, also include the activation code you are using along with the Host ID of your machine. You can get the Host ID in the following way:
1. Open the ChemDraw application (if that is installed already) or while installing the product on your machine, it will open the "Activate ChemDraw" window (otherwise select the “Activate ChemDraw....” option)**
2. You will find the Host ID field just above the "License Details" and "Log" buttons; for v20.x select the “More Options” button from the “PerkinElmer Software Activation" window.

**For Windows click the Help Menu and select Activate ChemDraw.  On Mac, click the ChemDraw menu and select Activate ChemDraw.
