What conditions do the ChemDraw mobile app Errors and Warnings indicate?
Solution: Valence errors - there are an incorrect number of electrons associated with an atom due either to an excessive number of bonds, or incorrect charge.
Close objects - atoms or bonds are very close to each other.
Stereochemistry - the structure has incorrect or ambiguous stereo centers or stereo bonds. These errors are only displayed if stereochemistry labels are also displayed.
Isolated bond - a warning that document contains an isolated bond, which can often be mistaken for a graphical line.
Collinear bonds - two unlabeled bonds are collinear and may appear to be a single very long bond.
Other miscellaneous warnings may also be displayed, such as unbalanced parentheses, atom labels which are not chemically interpretable.
