Problem:

I get an “unexpected error occurred (#-1)” error when opening the Document Settings from the File menu.


Solution:

This problem might occur if you have not set up a printer (or printer driver) on your computer. Try setting up a printer (or just a printer driver even if not connected to a printer) and then launch ChemDraw and retest.
