Problem:
For any perceived tetrahedral stereocenter that is connected only to wide ends of wedged/wedgedhashed bonds, a red box appears. Right-clicking on the red box and choosing "Explain this warning", says something to the effect of "This stereocenter might not be correctly interpreted if transferred to other programs".
Solution:
There is a way to suppress stereochemistry detection at the wide end of a wedged bond in the latest version of ChemDraw. Do a Find File for chemdraw.ini and open it. Add the line:
Suppress Wide-End-Only Stereo=1
to the [ChemDraw] section this chemdraw.ini (it could be added directly below the "Show Chemical Warnings" line.
