During installation of the software, I get an error message stating that no compatible browsers were found, even though I have a compatible browser according to the ChemDraw Plugin system requirements.
Currently, our Plugin installer checks your system's registry to find the location of your browser. If Netscape or Internet Explorer were not properly installed, our installer would have trouble detecting your browser. Also, if another program installed your browser, our Plugin installer may have trouble detecting your browser. For example, CorelSuite installs Netscape as Cscape.exe. Our Plugin installer cannot detect this. Try reinstalling your browser using a Netscape or IE installer, and then reinstall our software.
