I am not able to register ChemFinder even though I am entering the serial number and registration code as they appear on the installation instructions.

The organization field cannot be left blank. You must enter something for an organization in order for the codes to be accepted. If you do not belong to an organization, you may want to enter "personal" in the organization field. You will need to either delete the CS ChemFinder Pro folder and do a custom install of ChemFinder or delete all of ChemOffice and reinstall.
