Problem:

We have been migrated to ELN 13.1 recently. Now, when I try to sign & close an experiment containing an Ancillary Data section, I get the following error:

Sorry, an error occurred while exporting ancillary data of section "Ancillary Data" of biology experiment "ABC-123": This method or property is not available because multiple cells merge are not selected.


Solution:

Please try the following steps:

1- Log into ELN as an admin.
2- Browse to User Configuration->Rendering Folder.
3- Select Page Section Types.
4- Right click rendering template "Ancillary Data" and rename it to "Ancillary Data OLD".
5- Create a new rendering template and name it "Ancillary Data".
6- Paste the following:
