Cloud subscription users get the "We have no record of that Email Address, please try another" error when activating ChemDraw Cloud

Steps:-

1. Register the email address at: https://www.cambridgesoft.com/register/Default.aspx

2. Click on the URL that came along with the original fulfillment email.

3. When prompted to log in, please use your email address and the credentials created for this account.
