New row creation in Signals where it shouldn't be

I think I described this well enough in the ideas portal, with images. The short of it is that when pasting cells/columns from excel into a table in Signals, at least in the chemdraw document tables, additional rows are created at the bottom of the table that only occur in this context. That is, they don't occur if typing or pasting values, only if pasting cells that end at the bottom of a table, and the additional rows offer no value nor is their appearance consistent "to aid in data entry".
