Expand Generic Structure to SDF not working

While the normal 'Expand generic structure' feature is working as expected, the corresponding function expanding the same structure into a SDF-file ('Expand Generic Structure to SDF') is not available since the option in the menu is deactivated (greyed out). Any ideas what I am doing wrong or how to unlock this function ?

FYI I am using ChemDraw Professional 20.1.1.125

   In order to get "Expand Generic Structure to SDF" you need  ChemOffice + Cloud license.  
  
  You will get  "Expand Generic Structure to SDF" function enabled once you reactivate with ChemOffice + Cloud  activation code.
