Change screen resolution
Hey there!
I have a question concerning the Perkin Elmer E-Notebook. I installed the software on my Microsof Surface, but the resolution of the program is really bad. All tables are too big and I can't even see all the contents (within an experiment, I can't see the solvent table or the reaction conitions table). Is there a way to change the resolution of the program or to solve this problem in a different way?
Great thanks!

I have the same issue with my Surface Pro 3. Is there any new patch for ChemDraw ActiveX Enterprise Constant NA 14.0 to support highest screen resolution laptop/Surface? thanks

Could you please specify your exact version of E-Notebook (from the application menu), Operating System, and screen resolution?
Newer versions of ChemDraw ActiveX Enterprise Constant are supported in our recent E-Notebook releases.

I am a new ENB admin. I would like to know how to query the system to find user name, active vs inactive status, and what collections the users belong to. What tables would you join to search for this?

Hi franknoll,
I do not see the relation of your question on this "Change screen resolution" topic. However to answer your query beloew are the table names. If you need more assistance on the same. We request you to contact our support team @ informatics.support@perkinelmer.com.
eln_people - information about users,
eln_collections -information about collections,
eln_references - table with tree of collections.
