Structure rendering in Spotfire

We've been exploring TIBCO Spotifire with Lead Discovery and cannot get it to render SMILES files. We've look through the help files and followed the instructions therein on how to configure/specify a rendering module with little success. This machine on which spotfire is installed does run a site license for Chembiodraw ultra 13 if this is relevant.

  If have problems rendering structures with Lead Discovery, make sure correct version of Visual C++ and ChemDraw Active X are installed. Please find more information on the following article:
