ChemDraw 19.1 Splash Screen

The splash screen of ChemDraw in my Wibdows 10 64 bits stays on top of all applications, it does not get hidden when I click on another application (MS Word, Outlook). It means that for the few minutes it takes to load on my old laptop with challenged memory, I cannot do anything else as the screen is obscured by it.

  We are not sure about laptop configuration as well as your Windows OS/version
  
  After launch ChemDraw Welcome screen appear immediately (I got the welcome screen within 3-4 seconds and the complete ChemDraw application open in another 1-2 seconds), it won't take much time (few minutes) to load.
