Acapella isn't starting, check the HASP dongle service

To check the status of the HASP USB service:

$ sudo /etc/init.d/aksusbd status

root's password:

If the service is running you should get the following:

AKSUSB daemon is running!

WINEHASP daemon is running!

HASPLM daemon is running!

If the service is not running, reseat the dongle and start the service by entering the following command:

$ sudo /etc/init.d/aksusbd start

To restart the service issue the following command:

sudo /etc/init.d/aksusbd restart

To stop the service:

sudo /etc/init.d/aksusbd restart
