ChemDraw Excel Add-in no longer works

I have ChemBioOffice Ultra 14, and my ChemDraw excel add-in stopped functioning two days ago. I have to manually activate the add-in every time I run ChemDraw/Excel, and then none of the buttons function when it appears on the ribbon bar in Excel. I can't make a ChemDraw spreadsheet or do anything else but gaze at the buttons. five nights at freddy's

Things I've tried include:

• Removing and reinstalling ChemBioOffice
• Windows 8 Update
• Shutting down the computer

What am I overlooking?

  We are not sure about your MS Office version. Make sure that you have a compatible version of MS Office.
