macOS Outlook not allowing .cdxml files
I just noticed that with the latest version of outlook on macOS, I am unable to download/open chemdraw .cdxml files. They can't be opened, nor downloaded with the new outlook interface. The "old" macOS interface works fine, and I can open/download chemdraw files with the .cdx format with the new outlook interface. Just wondering if anyone else has observed this issue. Thanks!

Hi!
The blocked content often is configured by your Exchange Admin Server. If that is the case, contact your email admin and find out if they can unblock this for you.
There is nothing you can change in ChemDraw to avoid this, so you can reach out to Microsoft and find out if they can provide a better solution. I was able to find some options online but only for the Windows version of Outlook.
As a workaround, compress the file on a ZIP file (or any other format) before sending it. You can also rename it to different extension (like txt) and then change it back to CDXML once you have download the file to your computer.
