After FITC + population, I did finding spot and selet population on spots after filter.

How I can count the FITC+ cells that habor spots ater filter?

  If you first identify a FITC population, and then Spots within the region of the FITC population, you could use the Select Population building block with method Filter by Property to identify any FITC + object where the Number of Spots is greater than zero. Similar to this...
